Zoom Leadership
#WESTorg

Your boss rushes in and says, “I need this issue solved by tomorrow.” What happens? Often we freeze, trying to decide what to do with all the other requests that are due. Stress reduces creative problem solving. Or, if you can relax enough to plan next steps, you might even have too many possible ways you address the issue.

Decisions decisions. They are a part of every day. Wouldn’t it be great to have a tool that could open up new ideas and also narrow them down? Janet Britcher, author of Zoom Leadership: Change Your Focus, Change Your Insights, will be presenting on February 15, 2018. This technique can help when evaluating decisions, such as promotion opportunities.

In this workshop, you'll learn how to use every day skills in a methodical way to boost your decision making effectiveness.

 Objectives

  1. Readily use a tool to search inside your own mind for your expertise, innovation and competence.
  2. Expand creative options when addressing challenges and decisions.
  3. Narrow down the range of options based on the combination of your inner wisdom and a systematic review of options.
  4. Gain confidence
