Women in the Enterprise of Science and Technology (WEST) is on a mission to inspire, support, and champion women in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Based in Boston, we are an interconnected community that offers comprehensive workshops, panels, and learning sessions with topics like career advancement, leadership skills, and entrepreneurial mindsets. We empower women to take control of their professional careers through networking and knowledge gains to unlock their full potential.
