Description: A special lunchtime seminar about taking back your power in difficult work relationships, including practical approaches to dealing with co-workers who criticize, yell, or discriminate. Speakers Katherine Crowley and Kathi Elster are the coauthors of the bestseller books: "Working WIth You Is Killing Me" and "Working for You Isn't Working for Me". They will discuss strategies to build positive relationships at work, and field-tested techniques for effectively managing challenging interactions.
Speakers: Katherine Crowley, a Harvard trained psychotherapist, and Kathi Elster, a management consultant and executive coach are bestselling authors, educators, public speakers, executive coaches and veteran consultants. They have combined their complementary expertise to develop a unique method for dealing with difficult people and challenging conditions at work. Their inside-out approach transforms the way businesses uncover and resolve their greatest interpersonal dilemmas.
