Game Night Social: Laughter, Fun, & Connection
July 13, 2026, 6:00-8:00 PM ET

Celebrate the beginning of summer with an evening of fun, connection, and community. WEST will be hosting a board and card game night. This is your opportunity to meet other STEM professionals, have a few snacks, and play some games. WEST will even offer lessons on some fun games you may not have played yet like Hues and Cues, Codename, How Do You Doodle, and Uno. WEST will provide many games and you can bring your favorite game. 

In the event of rain, the second part of this event will be cancelled as it is an outdoor venue

Location: 6-7PM: Pioneer Room at Kendall Center 355 Main St., Cambridge, MA 02142 (Within the Kendall Public Lobby); 7-8PM Urban Park (UP) Roof Garden, a public park atop the Kendall Center Green Garage

The Leadership Skill No One Taught Us: Feeling Safe

Join us for a thought provoking conversation inspired by a TED style talk on the role of psychological and nervous system safety in leadership.

Drawing from over 30 years in biotech and a deeply personal journey, Suha Patel will explore:

  • Why confidence is often misunderstood - and what's really happening beneath it
  • How early experiences shape how we show up at work
  • The hidden role of nervous system safety in leadership, decision making and team performance.
